Follow the lawful directions given by the management including complying with policies and procedures of the bank
• Work as a loan officer and deal with different clients
• Assists in resolving customer problems beyond the supervisory level in all operational areas.
• Assists customers with fraud and/or identity theft issues
• Assists with administering deposit regulations.
• Monitors Internet Banking transfers daily
• Balances and reconciles various bank accounts.
• Completes and files various bank reports on a quarterly basis.
• Performs daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting required of the ATM program.
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
● Greet and welcome guests
● Answer questions and address complaints
● Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
● Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
● Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels
● Check, sort and forward emails
● Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
● Keep updated records and files
● Monitor office expenses and costs
● Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
